To a Tee

I’ve noticed a lot of lovely flower appliques adorning T-shirts lately, but they can cost a pretty penny. It’s a lot more fun to make your own with some scrap fabric and an inexpensive tee.
I wanted to give my shirt a few different looks, so I created my flowers with snaps. This way, they’re easy to remove and change, and also easier to launder.
I made my appliques out of cotton, but you can try some other fabric, like felt, linen or leather. Click here for full instructions

Just another day at the office

Almost time to decorate the stores. These cherubs are part of our Valentine's theme this year, so I had some larger ones printed on cardstock. We cut them out, glittered them up and set on the floor to dry. Aren't they cute, flying around like that? I'll attach some bakery twine to the top and hang them from the ceiling.
